October 10, 2010 Transfiguration Spirituality Center Open House and St. Mary’s Grand Opening 4PM
Terri, The Food Fairy will be going to Cincinnati to assist her sister, Toni, the director of the center, with refreshments for the grand opening. Together they will design the menu and organize the staff in order to create and then present a delightful smorgasbord of finger foods to be served at the reception. The goal is to keep the menu in line with the core values of the Convent of the Transfiguration and the Spirituality Center, “A place of outrageous hope and extravagant hospitality.”

Host Garrison Keillor was moved to say, “A Prairie Home Companion never ate so well as when the Food Fairy fed us backstage at Durham in May 2009 – all fresh and light and healthy – just as we wish our show could be." Does it really exist?
Keep me posted on your visit!
